To make your vehicle release as quick and convenient as possible, please first use our quick phone service. This will ensure that you get the fastest service and specific instructions on how to retrieve your vehicle. Vehicles that are not picked up by the owner may be transferred to the long-term storage facility after 24 hours. AutoReturn's long-term vehicle storage facility is located at Pier 70, just East of 3rd Street along 22nd Street in the Southeast corner of the city.
Unless you are sent to Pier 70 by AutoReturn customer service, you must first go to the customer service center located at 450 7th Street. Quick walk in service is provided here. Once your transaction is complete at the 450 7th Street location, proceed to Pier 70 for vehicle pickup as instructed to do so.
If you process the release of your vehicle after 5:00pm and it is stored at Pier 70, you may retrieve your vehicle by 11:00am the next business day without incurring additional storage charges.
The Pier 70 facility also serves as the site for the weekly lien auctions.
